Welcome to the Veterinary Management & Technology Solutions Group…… we are a new consultancy catering to the veterinary industry and working specifically with practices to assist them with the challenges wrought by the change from a paper-based environment to a paperless one.
Most consultants will tell you that you need to move to a paperless/digital office environment for a variety of reasons. We agree with all of those driving principles and have worked together to employ them ourselves. We have seen the benefits gained from moving into this realm and often working on the bleeding edge of technology.
What is different about our consulting service is that we will work with the practice management and ownership to help manage the process and project portfolio associated with this type of endeavor.
We have the capability to conduct sessions remotely, and often are available for after hours sessions. Working at a large practice ourselves for a number of years and managing these very same types of situations, we have what we feel is a very unique perspective that can be lent to practices looking to embark upon this same journey. We have been, for lack of a better phrase, the ‘boots on the ground’ handling project deployments, managing vendor relationships and contracts, as well as working with staff members who often experience difficulty with change. We’ve been extremely successful and have seen the results of our efforts come to fruition.
We’ve also observed that there is a clear lack of assistance in this area for veterinary practices and we believe that we can not only lend the type of assistance that is required to enable projects such as migration to a paperless office successful, but offer assistance in a multitude of other areas.
We’re very excited to be able to share what we’ve learned with others and help them with what may seem to be daunting and difficult transitions ahead.
