Social-MediaSocial Media today is an absolute when dealing with the public on any level, regardless of what your industry happens to be.  Veterinarians however, are in a terrific spot to take advantage of the social media movement.  In the past, marketing of veterinary practices had been largely dependent on ‘word of mouth’.  Today, that word of mouth is social media.  And the clients who engage in social media tend to be very active on the platforms they choose (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc,…).  It’s an excellent opportunity to develop and engage with your clients beyond the typical annual visits.  Studies have shown that clients who are more actively engaged with brands will spend more over the course of the relationship.

At VMTSG, we understand social media.  We recognize the value of engaging your customers, and we will work with you to understand the demographics within your customer base and develop specific content targeted towards those clients.  We will not post generic content, but will instead, provide a mix of humorous, educational, and marketing based posts – such as those linking back to your website or blog.  We recognize the value and weight assigned to social media posts in terms of Google and it’s ever changing search engine coding.  We’ll help you to develop a strategy that will drive your Google web presence higher – most people tend to look only as far as the first page of a search, and won’t scroll much.  Being towards the top of the page is terribly important.  Depending on the level of market saturation or competition in your particular area, we will work with you to determine whether the focus should be on organic results or a combination of organic and paid results, dependent on your budget.
